Good morning everyone! Due to unforeseen circumstances I will no longer be operating under the ollie therapy banner effective immediately. I plan to have a new home on the north side very soon, but for now I will be offering mobile services and operating out of Sherwood Park Sport and Spine.

Just a reminder that there is less than 6 WEEKS left until most benefit plans reset. These benefits do NOT carry over to next year so I encourage you to use them up!
Get yourself loosened up before the snow falls and the shoveling starts!

Psst... your massage shouldn't cause you pain! Pain does not equal healing.

If your muscles are clenched, your massage therapist can't get to the root of the issue. It can actually cause more harm than good if you are fighting the treatment due to discomfort. Communicate with your practitioner if something hurts.

There are different types of massage and one is not better over another. Find the practice that works for you and ask your practitioner to adjust their pressure according to your likes and needs!
