As we move towards December and our crazy benefit season, I figured there would be no better time than to give a little update!

I got married in Ireland in October, it was amazing and I’ll cry if I say anything more about it so let’s leave it at that. 💗

I’ve been practicing acupuncture for 4 years now with 3 years of cosmetic acupuncture specialization under my belt. I’m really looking forward to this new chapter of my career with more focus on cosmetic acupuncture!

If we’ve always done traditional acupuncture appointments, don’t stress! My services will remain the same, I’ll just have more to offer, including more variety in cosmetic acupuncture and acu combined with lymphatic drainage appointments.

Let’s chat facial acupuncture!

If you’ve never had any facial acupuncture points done, there’s a lot of worry about the sensation of the needles, which I totally get! They usually have a tiny pitch (if that!) and they settle completely afterwards. Clients will rest with the points in and won’t feel a thing except their stress melt away 😌

Facial acupuncture is relaxing but it will also give you glowy skin by bringing fresh blood and nutrients to the skin, stimulate collagen production and elastin. Because of this it has so many cosmetic benefits but it can also be used for jaw tension, sinus congestion, head and scalp tension, acne scarring, and so much more!
