I am writing to inform you that after much consideration, I have decided to relocate my practice. Starting from June 15th, 2024, I will no longer be practicing at Back In Line Chiropractic.

It has been an honor and a privilege to provide chiropractic care to you and your families. I appreciate the trust and confidence you have placed in me over the years, and have not taken one single moment for granted. While I am enthusiastic about the new opportunities ahead, I will greatly miss our interactions and the relationships we have built. Back In Line has helped me become the chiropractor I am today, and I am so grateful for all Dr. Samchuk and the staff have done for me.

I want to ensure that your care continues seamlessly during this transition.
