After such success and fun last time, our team is so excited to once again be collaborating with We Rock the Spectrum Edmonton to host a 6-week Social Club!

Through playful, interest-based activities, kids will explore new ways to connect, communicate, and collaborate, all while having fun! 💕

If you’ve been following along, you’ve probably already met Courtney, and her therapy dog, Lola*🐾💛

Courtney supports children, youth, and families through moments of stress, uncertainty, and big emotions. Her work focuses on emotional safety and psychosocial care, helping kids cope with illness, injury, trauma, disability, loss, and major life changes through developmentally appropriate, evidence-informed support.🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒

Using play-based, expressive, and sandtray therapy to create safe spaces where children can explore feelings, build emotional regulation skills, and better understand themselves and their world. 🧩

She is so excited to meet you (and so is Lola)!💕

Meet Jessica! Our compassionate and down-to-earth Registered Psychologist here at Alberta Therapy Co. 💛

Jessica offers individualized therapy to teens (13+), adults, and couples. She also provides functional and vocational assessments, including Autism and ADHD diagnosis.

Jessica brings compassion, authenticity, evidence-based tools, and a little bit of laughter to every session. She draws from DBT, EFT, EMDR, and more to help you understand yourself and move toward the changes you want.

Jessica welcomes people from all walks of life and meets you exactly where you are. 💛
