Does anyone still read captions? If so, here’s the scoop! ✨️

I’m NOT closing the studio, but I am shifting to private classes only. Starting October 7th, you’ll be able to book one-on-one, partner, or group yoga sessions either at the studio or I can come to you! While I’m no longer offering weekly drop-in public classes, there will still be special workshops and summer yoga in the park.

Why the change? I want to focus more on each student’s unique needs and fitness goals, allowing for a more personalized experience. This also lets you fit sessions into your schedule with added flexibility. Plus, I can travel to you, we can meet online, or you can enjoy the studio to yourself with friends or a partner.

If you have a class pass, don’t worry! You can use it for private lessons, which is an amazing deal. Though class passes won’t be sold anymore, we can arrange private packages for recurring sessions. I’m excited for this new chapter—feel free to reach out with any questions! Links in my bio.

THANK YOU for another beautiful YOGA IN THE PARK summer! 🥹 This was my 3rd year offering this class and it was bigger than ever! Thank you to everyone who came out, brought friends and shared the fun! Already planning next year 👀

That said! I will be opening up TWO MORE classes just in case you missed it or want to get in a couple more classes before we officially say good-bye to summer 2024! Join me in September and let's enjoy the beautiful fall colors 🤎

New spring/summer hours ☀️

Yoga In The Park begins June 1st, 2024

Currently, the class is being offered at the studio however, starting June 1st we will meet at Borden Park (sign up required, $10 drop in) for some flow yoga every Saturday until August! If you love moving your body and being outdoors, this is the perfect class for you 💚 Comment "park yoga" to be sent the link to start signing up or click the link in bio!

Do you love nature and being outdoors?

Because same!

Join us, Earth Warrior Lifestyle and Sustainable Yoga & Wellness, on April 21st from 1pm to 2pm at Nellie McClung Park to pick up garbage.

We will start with a quick stretch from Monique Flavell and then we will hit the trails to pick up garbage.

We will provide all the bags and a handful of garbage pickers, and ask that you please bring your own reusable gloves to wear and your own water to drink.

We are organizing another Garbage Clean up in Edmonton for April 21st!

Join Earth Warrior Lifestyle and Sustainable Yoga & Wellness at Nellie McClung Park in Edmonton at 1pm on Sunday April 21st, to help us pick up garbage.

We will be starting with a quick stretch guided by Monique of Sustainable Yoga & Wellness this year, and we will take an hour to clean up the park and meet up after to share our findings.

We will provide bags and grabber sticks, and ask you to please bring your own gloves to wear, as well as water to drink.
