We at Connect Physiotherapy & Exercise are proud to sponsor the Canadian Cancer Society CIBC Run for the Cure in Edmonton.

We will be joining teams, participants, volunteers, and donors to help fund research and support Canadians affected by breast cancer. 1 in 8 women are expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

The Pandas Club Performance Training Fall 2025 program kicks off very soon!

We help Pandas athletes get the most out of their training by focusing on fundamental movement skills, proper technique, and age-appropriate progressions. Each session is built to improve strength, power, and durability for volleyball, while also teaching athletes how to train confidently. With small group sizes, our certified strength coaches give close attention and provide adjustments when needed so every athlete can elevate their game to the next level.

✔️ Packages include unlimited weekly sessions!
✔️ Drop-ins available for added flexibility or if you’d like to give it a try first.

Open to Pandas Club athletes ages 12+, in partnership with Pandas Volleyball Club. Please register under the age group you’ll be playing in for the upcoming season. (Athletes from other clubs can check out our Volleyball Performance Training program!)

Our Pandas Club Performance Training Summer 2025 program is starting soon! 🐼☀️

Designed to build strength, power, and injury resilience for volleyball, this program emphasizes proper technique and motor skill development through a progressive, periodized training approach to help Pandas athletes excel on and off the court.

Athletes will have unlimited access to all scheduled sessions each week. Curious about the program? Come try a drop-in session and see if it’s the right fit for you!

Meet Christian, the newest addition to the Connect team! His journey into physiotherapy started with his own experiences as an athlete—having gone through the rehab process firsthand, he understands the challenges of recovery. Combining his passion for human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise with a patient-centered approach, Christian works together with patients to create a treatment plan that aligns with their goals and busy schedule.

Volleyball Performance Training 🏐🏋️‍♂️ is back for another season!

This program aims to make you stronger, faster and more resilient to handle the demands of volleyball. Athletes will receive a progressive, age-appropriate group strength and conditioning program with individual modifications, and have the option to receive extra training programs delivered through the Teambuildr app for home and gym use.
