I’m fully trained and qualified to perform general Swedish massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Prenatal massage, Pediatric massage, medium-deep tissue massage, with specific techniques such as trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, prenatal massage, myofascial release, therapeutic stretching, scar tissue release, and to recommend self-care strategies. I am very passionate about furthering my education and intend on expanding my knowledge of myofascial release techniques, physical assessments, athletic taping, acupuncture, pregnancy massage, and pain science. My focus, as a Massage Therapist, is on you and on your needs.
