Understated elegance. Today I was looking at the of this beautiful patient of mine. Her case demonstrates how multiple procedures to the upper, middle and lower face creates a beautiful balanced and extremely natural result. The face ages as a whole so it only make sense that managing each of the areas results in a synergistic outcome. She was worried about tired heavy eyes, fallen cheeks and early jowls. I preformed an lift for her fallen brows and eyelid surgery to open her eyes and take away the eye bags and excess wrinkles. I also preformed an isolated to lift her facial heaviness and recreate the heart shaped contour of youth. She is such a wonderful lady and I loved getting to know her. I am grateful that she allowed me to be apart of her journey.

We’re smiling over here after seeing my patients . Many people are afraid of because they don’t want to look artificial, stretched or pulled, they just want to look like a naturally younger version of themselves. Refreshed but able to be recognized by themselves, their family and friends. My wonderful patient today not only looks absolutely revitalized. Unhappy with her aged look with fallen cheeks, dropping jawline, jowls and heavy neck I preformed a and . This technique I preform lifts the deep musculature and supports the skin so the face does not look tight or unnatural, I am so happy with her beautiful results are and she tells me that people marvel at how natural she looks and tell her she look at least 15 years younger!! I am so excited to see my beautiful patient’s pictures following her preservation deep plane facelift. Her changes are as subtle as they are beautiful. This advanced technique minimizes skin undermining to “preserve” the faces own natural anatomy and blood supply to achieve a more comprehensive rejuvenation. Also, with less surgery there is reduced risk of complication and promotes quicker healing. I think she looks absolutely fantastic - like a younger version of herself - not looking done. So many of my patients are getting a in their 40s. They want to rejuvenate their appearance to enjoy it earlier and not wait until they get older. My patient was unhappy with early changes of facial descent and wanted to reset a youthful appearance for the next decade. I love her and I am excited about how youthful and rejuvenated she looks, but more importantly how natural she looks !!! She was worried about her dropping cheeks with early jowls. The perception of youth is typically characterized by an aesthetically pleasing heart shape with fullness of the upper cheeks, gradual contour through the checks to a defined jawline and narrowing around the mouth. During our 30’s and early 40’s, our facial features are distinct and sharply contoured. This is often referred to as the Triangle of Youth. As the face ages the nasolabial folds and Marionette lines deepen due to descent of volume from the upper to lower cheeks. We develop laxity of skin at the jaw line and jowls. The youthful heart-shaped face becomes inverted with the lower face becomes fuller, referred to as the Pyramid of Age.

This patient, as with many of my patients earlier in the aging process, she was interest in staying ahead of the aging process. A facelift for prejuvenation restores a beautiful feminine heart shape to the face. I am in love the after her . I think she looks stunning, like a younger version of herself. The deep plane facelift repositions the falling cheeks, heavy lower face and marionette lines without creating any tension and without looking pulled or ‘done’. I am so thrilled with her new looks. Looking at my patients . What an incredible transformation. I am so excited about how youthful and rejuvenated she looks, but more importantly how natural her results look !!!! Like most of the patients I see in my practice, she was frustrated by the calmative effects of facial aging - loss of jawline definition, , flattening of the cheeks and laxity in her neck. There are by far the 3 most common procedures I preform together because together they help restore a beautiful, feminine shape to the face. !! I am so happy for my patient. Here made my day and I think she looks 20 years younger. She came to me feeling she looked aged with the central facial laxity, jowls, fallen cheeks and drooping neck. I preformed a deep plane facelift and neck lift to reduce the heaviness of her face. The deep plane approach naturally lifts the drooped cheeks, smooths nasolabial folds and tightens jowls. I LOVE LOVE LOVE her refreshed natural look. She is also so happy with her rejuvenation. Not all facial cosmetic surgery is about aging. I saw this beautiful patient of mine with her incredible transformation. Unhappy with the heaviness in her neck and facial appearance. She hated her drooping jawline, heavy neck and lack of definition in her lower face. I preformed a deep plane and to reduce the deep structural fat, tighten her neck muscles and create a corset to hold and contour the lower face and neck. I love her new neck and jawline. She is such a wonderful down to earth person and I loved getting to know her!! I am grateful that she has allowed me to be apart of her journey.

This beautiful patient came to me unhappy with the early laxity in her upper eyes. In the beauty profession as well she was displeased with her heavy upper lids causing a hooded appearance. I preformed a customized upper eyelid to remove the excess skin. I think her eyes look more vibrant and gorgeous. She is such a wonderful lady and I and overjoyed with her new look. While a greater majority of my practice is facial rejuvenation, more and more patients are coming to see me for facial prejuventation. Born with a heavy neck or following life changing weight loss - patients no longer feel connected with their appearance. My patient is an energetic young woman from Calgary who was tired of her lack of jawline, hanging skin under her chin and the appearance of excess weight in her neck. To revitalize her appearance I preformed a deep plane to remove the excess tissue and tighten the neck muscles to permanently sculpt her neck line with a natural looking result. She is such an amazing woman, so positive about life and committed to a healthy lifestyle. She always brought a great energy to my day. I am grateful she allowed me to be apart of her journey.

Facial rejuvenation is not just facial descent. My patient came to me unhappy with always looking tired due to his heavy upper eyelids and puffy eye bags. He has recently lost a significant amount of weight, is active in sports and has an amazing outlook on life. I preformed an upper to removing the excess skin to open his eyes and lower to remove the fat bags. I also preformed of the lower lids to tighten the skin. I think he looks amazing, There no visible scars with my eye lift technique. An amazing individual. A fellow swimmer and scuba diver and we were able to share experiences of our dives around the world. I am grateful that he allowed me to be apart of his journey.
