One of the biggest questions we’ve had so far is what is the difference between acupuncture and dry needling. One of the major differences is the time; dry needling needles are inserted and stimulated then removed. Acupuncture leaves the needles in an acu point for approximately 15 minutes. Some of the dry needling specific details are found above ⬆️
