We likely can feel the rumbling beneath our feet. The systems that have brought us comfort for so long beginning to dissolve. Energetically, we are in the midst of a great transformation on the planet. We’ve been disconnected from the web of life that sustains us. Artificial foundations are no longer stable. We are being asked to remember our true humanity. We’re being asked to remember the relationship with the very soil we stand on. We’re being asked remember the quiet resilience that lives inside. We are all being asked to bring peace in, in spite of the chaos and fear that surrounds us. It is very much a time for self care, grounding to what really matters and compassion for ourselves and others. Visit moments of peace as often as you can. Reach out to those around you if you need help. Chances are they need help too. Sessions are always available to help comfort and calm. ❤️

Went into an elementary school today and noticed the posters on the wall teaching things like.. breathe, hold( reaction) move(away) and I was floored. We have done all kinds of unimaginable things. Man on moon, AI, cloning. And yet… we still don’t know how to work our own basic operating system. So focused on the outside we haven’t got a clue what’s happening on the inside. Hopefully these little people are learning it and they will be able to guide us. Help us remember that the outside is just a projection of what’s on the inside.

When the nervous system is in fight or flight we seek relief in taking a side. It makes us feel safe to have a group that shares our view. When we are regulated we’re able to see the unity that rises above the conflict.

What could a bunch of monks possibly do to affect this world by walking with their dog? It is a reminder that even in the dark there is always a little piece of light. And when we remember, that light grows.
