We’re excited to introduce you to Kate Carlson, CCC — one of our amazing Clinical Counsellors here at Life Collective.
Kate brings a grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She supports folks with everything from self-esteem and intimacy concerns to anxiety and work stress.
A few fun things about Kate:

Some of us lean in, some pull away, and some feel caught between both. These patterns are often rooted in our earliest bonds — and they can shape how safe, connected, or anxious we feel in adult relationships.

The important thing to remember: 🪷 attachment styles are not fixed. With self-awareness and healing experiences, we can shift toward healthier patterns of connection.

✨ Reflecting on your own style can help you:

Understand your needs more clearly

Communicate them with compassion

Build relationships that feel safer and more secure
