Common kegel mistakes;
1. Squeezing your glutes instead of your Kegel muscles.
2. Squeezing your thighs together.
3. Doing both of the above.
Cues that help;
Try thinking about picking up a blueberry with your va**na, holding it inside, and then dropping it back off.
Try thinking about what you would do if you wanted to hold in a fart. Squeeze around your re**um in and up. And then relax.
Try thinking about what you would do if you wanted to stop urination midstream. Don’t actually do this when you go to the bathroom but think about it when you’re trying to do your exercise exercises.
