Who else loves their coffee in the morning? 🙋‍♀️

Did you know caffeine is a bladder irritant?

If you drink a cup ☕️, you will likely need to p*e within about an hour.

It’s ok to have a little caffeine in a day, but make sure you are able to visit a bathroom afterwards.

Watch out for caffeine in other things like tea, iced tea, pop and chocolate. 🍫

I absolutely LOVE the “We do not care club”. If you need a laugh and assurance that you are not alone…follow her!

But this one got me a little! Because, I certainly DO care if I pass gas by accident or leak when I laugh! And you should care too! 😳

It happens but it’s not normal. It’s not something you have to live with.
