As we step of out the darkness of the dead of winter- I’m so grateful that spring is right around the corner. Everyone you meet is navigating life best they can. We’re all carrying intense energy and working through something. This winter seemed more intense than usual. Things like seasonal depression, isolation, the cold - bitter weather here in - the end of the year of the 🐍 snake 😮💨 The final shedding of all that no longer serves us.
I’ve had moments this winter that were very challenging. We are all our own worst critics but sometimes the winter can add irrational thoughts. Like feeling like you don’t belong anywhere- with anyone. Seasonal depression is tough - and burning up those irrational or intrusive thoughts can be hard. BUT remember- it’s all temporary and it’s energy bubbling up to be alchemized 💫🤍🔥
I’ve been leaning on Hot Yoga to nourish my Mind, Body and Spirit this past month and at the end of class today our instructor shared some beautiful words I feel we can all resonate with: 🤍🌹
~ One of the biggest tragedies in life is never knowing the full extent of how deeply you’re loved. Not just by partners or family, but by those whose lives you pass through like sunlight. There’s someone who saved a compliment you gave them years ago and still pulls it out on their hardest days.
Someone who noticed your absence today, not because of anything you did but simply because your presence brings a calm the world rarely offers. There are colleagues who find your energy infectious. Strangers who remember how kind you were. And people who smile every time they see your posts on their social media feed or receive a message from you.
Truth is: your presence is felt in ways you may never fully see.
And you are loved more than you’ll ever know.
