Echoes of the Heart: A Friday night sound bath experience designed for two 💛

Whether you come with a partner, a close friend, or someone you simply enjoy being with, this evening is all about slowing down and reconnecting. You'll be guided through gentle restorative yoga and partner stretches, followed by a soothing sound bath featuring quartz singing bowls, chimes, and the calming rhythm of an ocean drum. Guided meditation and mindfulness will help melt away stress and deepen your sense of connection.
