There’s something really special about carving out time in your week to come back to your body.

If you’ve been thinking about adding a little more movement, softness, or strength into your routine—this is your gentle nudge. Our yoga classes are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re brand new or returning to your mat.

We’re so excited to now offer two new beautiful weekly class options to support you through the week:

Stretch & Strengthen
Wednesdays at 5:30pm (60 min)
A balanced, full-body class designed to help you move better and feel stronger in your everyday life.

End of Week Reset
Fridays at 6:30pm (90 min)
An intuitively guided, slow and breath-focused practice, woven with massage principles and the option to receive grounding massage and/or Reiki during savasana.

Both classes are intentionally small, supportive, and rooted in care—so you can truly unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling a little more like yourself.

Join Cassie, Registered Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practitioner, for a slow, intentionally guided, breath-focused yoga experience designed to calm your nervous system and melt away stress. This practice blends yoga with massage principles to gently strengthen the core and glutes while addressing common postural imbalances from long hours at a desk.

Class ends in a deeply restorative savasana with optional grounding massage and/or reiki. (Physical touch is always optional.)

Join our Prenatal community for an hour of relaxation, strength-building, and birth preparation. Our 4-week registered classes are hosted on Monday or Wednesday evenings.

Chantal will lead you through movements tailored to help relieve common pregnancy symptoms, breathwork to add to your comfort and coping toolbox, and mindful practices to connect you to yourself and your baby.

This hour of yoga is specifically designed for your pregnancy journey. All trimesters and experience levels are welcome.

The next series starts on March 4th or 16th.

You'll be guided through gentle restorative yoga and partner stretches, followed by a soothing sound bath featuring quartz singing bowls, chimes, and the calming rhythm of an ocean drum.
