International Women’s Day, celebrated each year on March 8, often highlights achievement, leadership, and resilience. 🌸
And those things matter.
But in my work, I meet women in a different space.
The space after the strong face comes down.
After the caregiving.
After the deadlines.
After holding everyone else together.
So many women arrive at a session exhausted in ways sleep doesn’t fix. 💛
Not broken.
Not failing.
Just carrying too much for too long.
I sometimes think real celebration looks quieter than we expect.
It looks like:
✨ allowing yourself to receive instead of give
✨ listening to your body before burnout forces you to
✨ choosing rest without guilt
✨ remembering who you are underneath responsibility
Healing doesn’t have to wait until something is wrong.
Sometimes it’s simply an hour where you don’t have to be anything for anyone. 🌿
If International Women’s Day means anything to me, it’s this:
Women deserve spaces where they can soften safely. 🤍
If you’ve been feeling stretched thin lately, consider this your gentle reminder that support exists and you don’t have to do everything alone.
My treatment room is always an invitation to come home to yourself. 🌸✨
Sometimes the hardest step is simply giving yourself permission to receive support.
