It’s been a hot minute since I posted but we’re expecting some HOT weather coming in and I found this yummy thing…
It’s got a little green and some things to help replace some electrolytes if you’re in one of those hot spaces right now (we aren’t it’s been chilly this week!)
Aqua Fresca
1 cucumber chopped into chunks
1/4-1/2 cup of honey (to taste!)
3 limes zest and juice (I just chucked them in but I’m weird like that!)
6 cups of water
Ice
Add the cucumber, honey, limes and 3-4 cups of water into the blender (depending on how big yours is) and blend away!
You can strain if you want, I don’t.
Add in water to taste and ice!

Walking my kids to school today and I hear some smaller children singing rain rain go away, so interesting. Why is rain a bad thing? I listen to it hit the pavement and the roof, such a calming sound. A fresh start a reminder that life is all around us and we need nutrients to grow and develop! Embrace the rain!

Some things I've noticed this holiday season, it is a push it down to "feel better" and not allowing body/brain/spirit to actually feel. I will push down and keep going. I always was so unsure about having to feel only happy. Why cant we have an array of emotions. Why do we "have" to feel happy to be whole and to be me. What if we think about what emotions we've allowed ourselves. What is okay to feel?

The energetics the last little bit have been so so so curious. When things get crazy I tend to have conversations with myself. Actual full fledged conversations with myself. I came across an interesting video I will post in the comments.
Having full convos with yourself as a trauma response because your words won’t get used against you or as ammunition. Thoughts on this idea?
