I’ll be hosting another online juizz + meditation gathering.

This one feels a little different.

I’m planning to be in Medicine Hat, after spending some time exploring the land and connecting with what feels like powerful energy spots across Canada and in the Medicine Hat area. I’m curious what that presence, that frequency, might bring into our shared space.

This is still very much a “let’s see” gathering.

No pressure. No expectations.

Just an open invitation to come together and explore what we can shift, soften, or activate -

for ourselves,

for each other,

and for Mother Earth.

I’ll guide us into a space where we can settle, connect, and allow whatever wants to move… to move.

Water as my mirror.

I’ve been sitting with these freezes and what they’re showing me feels undeniable.

On the days where the ice forms sharp, pointed, almost piercing lines… I can feel it. Not as something separate from me, but as a reflection. Those are the days of pressure. Processing. Integration after expansion. The energy isn’t wrong-it’s precise, direct, and moving with force as things recalibrate.

And then there are the days where everything softens.

The lines begin to curve, to flow, to weave together instead of pushing against each other. Those are the days where I’m able to meet life differently. The triggers still come, but they don’t take me with them. I can feel them, hold them, and let them move through without becoming them.

What I’m noticing more and more is that it’s not one or the other.

It’s both.

There’s a pattern emerging-almost like a dance between these expressions. Sharp and flowing. Structured and organic. Direction and surrender. A kind of yin and yang that feels deeply familiar… because it’s how I experience myself now.

Not stuck in either state.
But able to move between them.
To hold both.

And something else has been landing in me through all of this…

My aspiration is to be a peace, compassion, joy, and love virus. Very contagious, with no cure.

I say that with a huge smile-a bit of a joyful jokester-but I mean it in a true rebellious act. I can feel how intention carries. How the space shifts when it’s spoken, when it’s held, when it’s lived.

The water isn’t just freezing… it’s organizing.
And in that, it’s showing me how I organize too.

Two very different water freezes today… and yet they tell one story. Both are from the same jar of my bath water from today

The first opened in all directions - sharp lines, fast movement, like pressure releasing and pathways forming all at once. Not chaos… but breakthrough. Expansion beyond a single way of being.

The second softened into something completely different - a rooted, flowing network. Branching, connected, coherent. And at its center, a brief meeting point. Not a place to stay… but a place to share, align, and continue.

What became clear through this:

Not everything we receive is meant to be remembered.
Some things move through us and reorganize who we are.

I felt that today.

A lot came in. Not all of it can be captured in words. And for a moment, that used to feel like loss.

But then life reflects it back…

More calm in my body.
More clarity in my responses.
And those around me meeting life with more ease, more openness, more presence.

Not because I did anything to them…
But because something in me settled.

Water showed it simply:

Expansion -> convergence -> continuation

A brief meeting.
A clean exchange.
Then movement again.

Nothing to hold.
Nothing to force.

Just allowing what has shifted to live through me.

I’ve been working with water like this for a few years now-freezing, observing, learning how it forms and how it releases.

This one stood out.

The freeze came in with a kind of density. Not stuck, not rigid-just thick. You can see where structure had to move through that density, creating pathways rather than breaking it apart.

What’s most interesting is what happened as it melted. The pathways weren’t created in that moment-they were revealed.

This was bath water. I was in the water, holding a candle, staying present. No technique beyond that. Just holding a steady container.

What I see reflected back is simple:

When I stay steady, something deeper organizes itself.
I don’t have to force movement. I just have to allow it.
