As an RMT, I believe my job is to help you - your body and mind - to relax and let go of all the tension we all carry around with us (even when we aren’t in the middle of a pandemic!). With that in mind, we will work together to create a personalized treatment plan to help you relax at your own pace, relaxing can be hard work!

In accordance with AHS and CRMTA, all clients must have a current prescription or referral from a registered health care provider (i.e. doctors, chiropractor, physiotherapist, etc.) and must follow all COVID precautions, including hand sanitizing and mask-wearing during the entire session, and answer a pre-session screening questionnaire.
