If you fill yourself with bad energy it consumes your soul and is burned off quickly with a fast burn leaving you emotionally hollow and craving another hit of bad energy. The problem is, you need a bigger hit of bad energy just like a destructive drug.

Good energy sustains you though the day, and makes you self-sufficient, needing less good energy to fill you up. As a result you overflow with good energy and positively infecting those arround you and attracting great people.
