I’ve been quiet over here… but life has been anything but.

Hi, I’m Lauren — the heart behind Art of Roots 🌿
A mother, a creator, a woman rebuilding, evolving, and learning in real time.

To be honest… entrepreneurship almost took me out.
The pressure, the expectations, the chasing of “perfect” — it drained me more than it filled me.

But something shifted.

Community found me again.
Leadership called me forward.
And I remembered why I started this in the first place.

Not to be perfect.
Not to be the expert.
But to be real.

So this is me, coming back — differently.

I’m no longer waiting until everything looks polished.
I’m documenting.
The growth. The lessons. The motherhood. The wins. The failures. The healing. The rebuilding.
