Most people train in one plane, but sport and life happen in all three. The brings controlled rotational tension that challenges alignment, stability, and force transfer in a way traditional equipment doesn’t. It teaches athletes and clients to connect ribs-to-hips, control rotation, and generate power from the ground up all while maintaining movement quality under dynamic tension.
At Acumen, continuing education is a core part of how we operate. We regularly complete in-services, explore new training methods, and learn from diverse sources so we can grow as a team and deliver the best possible care. Tools like the 3D Strap allow us to share new concepts across disciplines and elevate how our clinic approaches movement, rehab, and performance.
Whether it’s hinges, single-leg work, rotational lunges, or dissociation drills, this tool reinforces the way the body truly moves. It supports our multi-disciplinary model by giving every practitioner, from strength coaches to physios, a shared foundation for teaching better movement and building skills that transfer to real life and sport.
