Looking for something cozy, seasonal, and protein-packed? This Harvest Turkey & Quinoa Bowl is ready in under 25 minutes and makes the perfect fall meal prep!

Ingredients (2 servings):
• 1 cup cooked quinoa (high-protein grain)
• 200g ground turkey (lean protein)
• 1 cup roasted butternut squash (seasonal, full of vitamins A & C)
• 1 apple, diced (adds crunch + sweetness)
• 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (extra protein + magnesium)
• Handful of spinach or kale (lightly sautéed)
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Optional: drizzle of balsamic glaze

Quick Steps:
1. Cook ground turkey with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Toss roasted butternut squash in the oven (or use pre-roasted for speed).
3. Assemble: quinoa base → turkey → squash → apples → greens.
4. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds & drizzle balsamic on top.

🍌 Banana Yogurt Bark
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 ripe banana (sliced)
