🥣 5-Minute High-Protein Yogurt Power Bowl
Why it works: quick, customizable, no cooking, protein-packed
Ingredients:
• ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Handful of berries (fresh or frozen)
• 1 tbsp nut butter or granola
• Optional drizzle of honey or maple syrup
How to:
Mix yogurt + protein powder until smooth.
Top with berries and crunch. Done. ✔️
