No one really tells you how lonely self-improvement can feel.

You start to grow, heal, and unlearn the patterns that used to keep you small — and suddenly, the things and people that once fit you… don’t.

Sometimes, it feels like your life is falling apart before it gets better, okay maybe most of the time.

But here’s what I’ve learned — this path isn’t supposed to be easy, it’s supposed to be transformative. It’s meant to strip away the false versions of you, so your real self can breathe again. If you’re walking this path, if you’re questioning everything, if it feels heavy right now —it’s not a sign you’re doing it wrong, It’s a sign you’re becoming.

This is a prime chance - one that you will not want to waste, given the potent energy at play. In general, full moons can leave people feeling out of sorts, but this super moon promises to have an even bigger impact. While a majority of individuals will experience a sense of chaos, most will not take action. When you make a conscious effort to release what no longer serves you, it is much like opening the windows during a storm, where anything not firmly in place will be swept away.

Since this full moon is in Ta**us, it will draw your attention to what Ta**us rules- things such as money, material possessions and the physical world in which we live. You can also expect your attention to be drawn to your values and where you place your worth on things.
