Mitch crushed it. Straight up.From the moment I walked in, Mitch made me feel welcome and at ease. He explained everything in plain English — no BS, no fluff — and answered every one of my (admittedly endless) questions without making me feel like a pain in the ass. Respect.We had a great connection right off the bat, and the conversation during the session made the time fly. Honestly felt like I was hanging out with a buddy who just happens to be insanely good at scalp micropigmentation.He really listened to what I wanted, gave me honest feedback, and nailed the balance between what looks good and what works long-term. If you've been thinking about getting SMP done, DO IT! If I could give Mitch a 100 star rating, I would. Getting SMP done by Mitch has been literally life changing for me. As I've aged, I have noticed my hairline changing and some thinning on my crown area which made me really self-conscious for many years. As a result, I was having to apply eye shadow to my scalp and hairline constantly to try and camouflage it. Getting SMP done was such a confidence booster. Mitch made the entire process super easy and comfortable. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly. As a nurse, I find myself paying extra attention to things such as how clean a business is, sterilization techniques etc. and Mitch and Silver Ghost Tattoo shop exceeded my expectations. I can honestly not thank Mitch enough for the amazing job he did.
