It's so hard! Just keep washing your hands and try to be cautious of touching your face. Gloves are not always the most sanitary option. Let me ask you this, When you are wearing gloves, do you wash the gloves with soap and water?

Most people don't. Stick to washing your hands frequently instead.

What a day. We couldn't be more thrilled with the turn out for our Grand Opening Event on Friday afternoon .

Thank you so much to Scott Mckeen, Janis Irwin, Greg Lane from McCauley Community League, Moe Barzagar from Hibco Construction, Lindsay from Avid Architecture, Jim Gendron and Hani Barzagar from IDEA and Hibco Construction.

You all shared inspiring words on the future of the community and your excitement to see change in this area give us such gratification for settling our Medical Facility in here in Norwood. We had our eye on this spot for quite some time and see such potential here.

Thank you to everyone whose made us feel so welcome, and we plan to serve this community for a very long time.

Our Grand Opening is today and we want to send a special thanks to all of the hardworking people involved in the creation of this beautiful building. This facility wouldn't have been possible without people like our Prime Consultant, Moe Mansour from Mansour Engineering. Thank you for your direction, guidance & expertise throughout this entire project.

A special thank you to Avid Architecture , BIE Engineering Acuity Electrical, Carlson Construction , Hibco Construction Priority Mechanical , Rahall and Midwest Millwork. We also want to say thank you to all the incredible trades and sub-trades who've been involved at each different stage of this journey!

There was a lot of moving parts in the development, design and construction of Norwood Medical Center and we appreciate everyone's hard work who took part in this over the years.

We welcome everyone to celebrate with us today. We will have delicious foods from , listen to the talented , and hear from guest speakers like .irwin and the from Greg Lane, President of the McCauley Community League.

We are opening our doors to the community to host a free grand opening event for those interested in learning the story of our new walk in clinic and pharmacy, Norwood Medical Centre.

With special guest speakers .irwin and join us in celebrating our new family medical practice.

With the support of our good friends at , and we will share complimentary refreshments while we enjoy live local entertainment. We will have guest speakers talk about commercial infill development, challenges we faced during the design and building processes, and ofcourse the vision shared by a group of doctors who wanted to plant a seed in the community with design and accessibility.

HIBCO Construction

This pharmacy is a pharmacist's paradise. An abundance of space around the island ensures technicians are able to move between drop off and pickup stations without running into each other. Ample shelving and drawer space means everything can be organized exactly how they like and the lighting overhead provides a nice glow; not too dark and not too bright to prevent headaches and eye irritation. Multiple angles can be found in this photo from the carpet tile to the exposed wood joists overhead and everything in between.

Join us on Friday, February 28th to celebrate the grand opening of our new space.

Although we have been open for a few weeks now, we wanted to plan a special occasion to bring our community together and talk about the incredible milestones Norwood & McCauley residents, business owners and locals have been making towards making this a better, safer and brighter neighborhood.

The Infill Development in Edmonton Association (IDEA) will be highlighting the challenges faced when building commercial infill projects in Edmonton, ans specifically in our mature neighborhoods.
