One of the questions we get asked most often is: “How often should I come in?”

The truth is, it depends on your goals, health needs, and lifestyle. But here are some general guidelines to keep in mind 👇

• Oxygen Therapy: 2–3 times per week if you are just getting started, recovering, or experiencing specific health concerns; 1 time per week or even monthly for maintenance (they key is consistency)
• Salt Therapy: 2–3 times per week during allergy or cold season; 1–2 times per month for respiratory wellness or pure relaxation!
• Red Light Therapy: 3–5 times per week for targeted results; 1–2 times per week for ongoing benefits.
