Here we go! Check out this awesome group series *MAMAS IN MIND* that is led by Registered Psychologist, Vanessa Colombina & Masters of Counselling Student, Shannon Leigh

This 4 part series will take place on Mondays beginning October 6th and repeat every other Monday - Oct. 20th, Nov. 3rd, and Nov. 17th! This is an IN-person group that will meet at our YEG Pine Health location. This is a GREAT opportunity for you to connect with others who are going through their first year of postpartum as well 🩷

There is space for 8 Mamas to join and the cost is $100/breakdown of $25 per session. You must register for all 4 classes. This may be eligible to submit for coverage under “group therapy” with your individual health insurance, please check with them to find out!

TIS’ THE SEASON, of BIG feelings (for everyone 😭😂💛🚌)

For kids, “holding it all together” at school is HARD WORK & you (lucky you) are their safe space, which means they’re finally free to “let it all out”. Nothing is wrong with them, this is normal, especially for the first few weeks of school 💚

Here are 3 tips to make the transition for after-school a little easier on everyone:

✨ Snack first → Refuel with food + water before anything else.
✨ Quiet time → Give space to rest, play, or decompress.
✨ Gentle connection → Lead with “I’m so glad to see you” instead of questions right away.
