This weekend was so profound to me. I had been neglecting all parts of who I wanted to be. So I’m going to get those horses 🐎 I’m going to do those things I want to do! What are you neglecting in yourself and what stories have you been told. Know this. You are enough just as you are. You are loved more than you know and my wish for you is that you could see yourself how the world sees you! So do those things. It’s time to live 💕
REJECTING OURSELVES FROM THE CREATOR
There is no deeper wound than the one we carry when we reject ourselves — because in doing so, we reject the very spark of the Creator within.
This rejection doesn’t always look loud. It’s quiet and habitual. It’s the voice that says,
“You’re too much.”
“You’re not enough.”
“You should have known better.”
“You’re not worthy of this life.”
But when we reject who we are — our emotions, our body, our past, our unique essence — we sever the cord between us and the Source who made us. The God who breathed life into our being did not make a mistake. We were not born broken. We were born whole. And yet, somewhere along the way, through pain, trauma, shame, or programming, we learned to say no to our own divine design.
That “no” is rejection.
That rejection creates separation.
And that separation is what fuels most of the suffering on Earth.
Rejection of self is not humility. It is the deepest dishonor.
The Creator doesn’t ask us to be perfect — only to be true. And in our truth, no matter how messy or raw, we are holy.
Today, we are invited to look inward.
To forgive the part of us that believed we were unworthy.
To call home every fragment we exiled.
To remember: I am created in the image of Love. And I will no longer turn my back on that.
Come home to yourself. And in doing so, come home to God.
