Parati Sacred Wellness is celebrating our 2nd official year in business, and I’ve been sitting with how to say thank you.

So many beautiful souls have walked through our classes, circles, and retreats — trusting me, showing up for themselves, and becoming part of this community. I didn’t want to mark this moment with something flashy. I wanted it to feel meaningful.

Our Mexico retreat was truly magical, and I expect nothing less in Costa Rica.

This offer will not happen again. I truly wish everyone who’s felt called could experience SHINE in Costa Rica.

I believe, deeply, that we all deserve sacred rest — space to Surrender, Heal, Integrate, Nurture, and Emerge. And what better place to do that than in the sun.

I know many of you have shared that money has been the biggest barrier. I’m meeting you there. I’m taking a loss because it matters to me that more of you get to come.

Lately I’ve been thinking about how much people carry… quietly, constantly, and usually without anyone ever noticing.

We’re so used to being the strong one.
The fixer.
The one who holds it all together even when we’re falling apart inside.

But here’s the truth most of us don’t say out loud:

You’re not meant to do life alone.
And you don’t have to.

I’ve done so much of my journey alone — the healing, the rebuilding, the starting over… and yes, I survived it. But it is so much easier when you’re held by community. When you’re seen, supported, and surrounded by people who get it.

That’s why I created SHINE Retreats in the first place — because I needed a place to breathe again. A place where I didn’t have to pretend, perform, or power through. A place to soften, to be held, to unravel, and to rise.

And now… I’m creating those spaces for you too.
