Preparing more fish packs for the markets!
These fish make a perfect cold pack for those pesky headaches. Just leave them wrapped up in a ziplock in the freezer until you need it.

As always, there is flax inside, so if you so choose to heat it up instead. You will have warm flax to relieve your pains.
