No matter what you're going through, it will not last forever! It can be intense happiness or pure despair. Taking the steps toward changing your situation is your choice! What life throws at you, not as much. As someone who's been through intense and unbearable trauma, I can assure you that life is worth living even though suffering at times is the price. The key is that at times does not mean forever. Stay warm out there and reach out if you need help. I surely know I can't do it on my own so many times and that is ok. It makes me human. I thank life for the hardships Ive experienced as they help me empathize with my patients experiences and it also makes me vulnerable, which is so needed to help others navigate their own trauma!!!
