"I wish I could hit leg day but I get so much pain in lower body that I skip it..."

Old running shoes ❌❌ ditch the damn shoes!!

Old running shoes have our feet imbalances worn into them 🚩🚩Big red flag!!

The key 🔑 is getting flat shoes for leg day, this allows a flat surface and firm soul, A flat foot position will allow your foot to remain balanced. When your feet are in this neutral flat position it allows for an aligned neutral spine …. Meaningggggg when you are lifting with a foam padded or heeled shoe this causes Inbalances which is gonna affect your ankles, knees, hips and EVEN your back!!

Being in this neutral flat position will allow you to push through your heels which is very essential for working out to ensure that you aren’t putting yourself at risk for injury! This is also gonna unlock another level of gains because you are in the proper position 💪🏻
