Did you know dietitians are so awesome that some people actually try to steal the title? 😑😑

Sounds silly, right? But it really happened.

Someone in the U.S. claimed to be a registered dietitian, with zero training, zero registration, nothing. They also pretended to be a nurse and a certified diabetes educator. All of it was fake.

👉 Here’s the problem..
Calling yourself a healthcare professional without earning it puts people’s safety at risk and disrespects every professional who worked hard for their credentials. It’s also a great way to p**s real healthcare workers off!

What’s been your experience with finding a great coaching “fit”? 🤔
If you or someone you know is managing , finding the right nutrition and lifestyle coach can feel a lot like shopping for shoes 👞 👠 👟 🥾

Imagine walking into a store and trying on a pair that doesn’t fit…it’s too tight, the wrong size, or just not your style. What do you do? You don’t force yourself to wear them and deal with the blisters, right? You put them back and keep looking until you find the perfect fit.

is no different. The relationship between client and coach is deeply personal, especially when you’re tackling something as nuanced as ADHD and nutrition. What works for one person might not work for someone else. A cookie-cutter approach simply won’t do.

The right coach will fit your needs, understand your challenges, and guide you with strategies tailored to your unique brain and body. They’ll help you create sustainable habits, manage overwhelm, and navigate nutrition without judgment or rigid rules.

If a coach’s style doesn’t feel right for you, that’s okay. Just like with shoes, the “wrong fit” doesn’t mean something’s wrong with you, or them. It just means the search continues for a better match.

Finding the right coach isn’t about forcing yourself into something uncomfortable. It’s about finding someone who supports you in walking your own path comfortably, confidently, and in alignment with your goals!
