Like many folks, we face health struggles — celiac disease and dairy intolerance, to name a couple — and we truly believe our bodies do best when we eat clean, real, unprocessed food. That belief drives everything we do.
 
We’re passionate about living more self-sufficiently, cooking from scratch, understanding nutrition, and building a community that values those things too.

Kip Petch is a Registered Massage Therapist who has amassed a vast amount of
experience during the past 39 years in this wonderful healing profession. He has the distinction of being one of only two Sport Fellows in Alberta (formerly
referred to as a ‘Certified Sport Massage Therapist’). He has had the privilege of
being selected as a Sport Massage Therapist with the Canadian Medical Team at 8 Olympic Games. He previously worked with the Edmonton Oilers, Eskimos and several professional soccer teams, the Canadian Women’s Soccer Team, as well as with many other teams and events throughout his career.
