I recently moved back to Flagstaff County. I’m a breathwork facilitator, meditation guide, and Reiki practitioner, and my work focuses on helping people align with their inner truth, open their hearts, and restore balance to their energy—so they can move through life with more ease, clarity, and wholeness. 🪷

I LOVE facilitating breathwork as it is one of the most powerful tools to release stress, process emotions, and reconnect with your true self. It’s a guided practice that helps clear stagnant energy, break old patterns, and bring deep healing. Though it’s not a substitute for therapy, many describe it as “years of therapy in one session.”

We often take what we have for granted and focus more on what we don’t have. When we take away what we do have, our appreciation for it grows.

This is a great way to break out of the habitual pattern of turning to external sources each time you are looking to fill a void. Learning to fill it with the resources you have within is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. The internal peace you cultivate when you stop depending on the outside to fulfill you and you know you’ve got you. That is something you can carry with you that will support you throughout your entire life.
