From Monday April 7 - Friday April 11 we are celebrating all of our amazing chiro kiddos! And we are inviting YOU! 🎈

Every current chiro kid who books in during kids week will leave with an awesome goodie bag full of fun surprises, be entered into a giveaway for a Games, Movie Night & Treats Basket as well as 2 $50 Toys R Us gift cards!!

🎄This month, Thrive is wanting to help our local food bank…And we need your help!! 🎄
How can you help?
1. Bring non-perishable food items with you to your adjustments December 4th - 30th. Dr. Jenna will be matching ALL food donations!
2. Donate money ($25 will feed someone for a week and as little as $5 will feed them for a day). We will be taking donations at the front
desk.
3. Refer a family member or friend for $75 (regularly $150) and the full New Patient fee will go to the Food Bank. (For children...we will be doing new patient exams for $50 (regularly $90) and the full cost
will also go to the Food Bank!)

Help 2 people at once! Share chiropractic with someone you care about and help feed someone in need at the same time. (100% of the
discounted new patient fees will go to the Edmonton Food Bank)
Note: These New Patient spots are limited, so don’t delay! (Patients need to be scheduled in the timeframe Dec 4th - Dec 30th)

🌟Meet Dr. Ryan 🌟
Please join us in offering a HUGE Thrive welcome to Dr. Ryan! YES!...our first male provider at Thrive!!

Dr. Ryan will be joining our chiropractic team and taking patients starting ThursdayNovember 28th!

Dr. Ryan took an unorthodox path before graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. He first obtained a diploma in Engineering Design followed by a degree in Technology
Management; both from NAIT. Dr. Ryan’s first chiropractic experience was over 20 years ago with a football injury in highschool. It was a visit to the chiropractor and three quick adjustments and he was back on the field!
Dr. Ryan has been an advocate for chiropractic ever since and is excited to share his expertise with our patients at Thrive! What he has learned through his own healing journey, he incorporates into a patient-centered approach by utlizing manual adjustments, lASTM, MRT, acupuncture and exercise.
Dr. Ryan is excited to work together with you to help
optimize your family’s wellbeing, and looks forward to partnering with you to reach your individual wellness goals through chiropractic care!

Shalene is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with a profound interest in natural approaches to well-being. Graduating from Makami College in 2022, with a comprehensive 3000-hour diploma, she has developed expertise in relaxation, therapeutic, and deep tissue massage techniques.
Shalene’s passion for health and wellness drives her practice as a massage therapist. Rooted in an
empathetic approach to help individuals achieve optimal health and lasting wellness through tailored massage therapy sessions.
Each session is personalized to address the unique needs and concerns of her clients, fostering physical relaxation and promoting mental and emotional balance.

✨Please join us in offering a HUGE Thrive welcome to Dr. Emily✨
Dr. Emily will be joining our chiropractic team and taking patients part-time starting February 8th and full-time starting March 4th.

Emily completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Alberta, and her Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States, in Portland Oregon in 2020.

Dr. Emily has completed additional training in pregnancy and pediatric care through the ICPA, including her Webster Certification. Dr. Emily is also trained in Craniosacral Therapy, and Activator Method among others. She is passionate about helping her patients reach their health potential through adjusting, soft tissue treatment, and/or exercise
rehabilitation.

When not in the office, you can find Dr. Emily running around with her son Carter and puppy Chloe, debating sports with her husband Alex, or finding time to squeeze in a workout, play soccer, or work
on a puzzle.

Dr. Jenna’s Return Details…🤍🤍

Little Maverick is now 9 weeks old and both him and Dr. Jenna are doing AMAZING! So great in fact that Dr. Jenna will be returning part-time on Monday February 5th.

Dr. Jenna will be adjusting her hours slightly to accommodate both her clinic schedule and caring for Maverick and her other two children. As Maverick gets older, Dr. Jenna will continue to add more hours until she is back to her full-time schedule.

If you have an appointment already scheduled with Dr.
Carissa for a date after February 5th, you will be automatically transferred over to Dr. Jenna’s
schedule!

Introducing baby Emmitt!
Who couldn’t wait for Christmas and decided to make his appearance 6 weeks early on December 22nd!
Emmitt spent his first 3 weeks of life in the NICU getting help to breathe and grow.
Emmitt is doing great now and adjusting well to life at home. Stay posted for details of Dr. Paige’s return in the fall!

While Dr. Paige is on her maternity leave, our other amazing acupuncturist, Dr. Sherry, will be expanding her hours to accommodate continuation of care for Dr. Paige’s patients. Dr. Sherry has experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions as well as women’s health ( including fertility) and pediatric conditions.
