The CDSA seeks a skilled and knowledgeable individual to fill the position of Finance Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process bi-monthly payroll using ADP Workforce, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and personnel files
- Prepare and post general journal entries and complete monthly account reconciliations
- Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and accounts payable using Sage Intacct and membership databases
- Assist with budget preparation, quarterly variance reporting, and year-end audits
- Support the CFO in preparing financial reports and documentation for the Audit Committee
- Provide backup coverage for the Accounts Payable
- Perform other administrative and financial duties as assigned
