My goal is to help you realize your strengths and possible areas of your life that you would want to improve on, working with you to set realistic goals and to provide encouragement and support along the way. My role as a Holistic Health and Wellness Nurse and Nurse Coach Student is to actively listen, motivate you to reignite your passions, empathetically support you and to hopefully have you feeling more refreshed, motivated, and empowered to live your best life and be the best you.
