An Authentic Glimpse of Authentic You's Zach! πΏβ¨οΈ
Zachβs work is shaped as much by who he is, as how he practices. He found himself being drawn to the field of psychology after exploring other career paths.
Including backgrounds in emergency services π¨ and wildland firefighting π¨βπ until he realized they no longer fit for him!
Zach has always been observant. He noticed pain in people. Trauma. Grief. Addiction. The quiet ways people protect themselves to survive.
π¦ Rather than turning away, he stayed curious...
His approach is grounded in lived experiences with anxiety, identity, and having to learn emotional openness as a man. His own therapy taught him that healing happens through compassion, safety, and connection, not pressure or performance π―
He holds a steady belief that people are not broken, symptoms make sense, and growth remains possible, even when early experiences run deep π
Zach is especially drawn to trauma work and nervous system repair. As when supportive and consistent relationships occur, safety can be relearned.
Outside the therapy room, what grounds him also shapes his care.
π₯ Karate, discipline, teaching, community
βοΈ Travel that challenges assumptions
πΆ Music and movement, Irish dance, guitar
