Daniel Sochan is a Mental Health Therapist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology from the University of Seattle, and also completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology at the University of Alberta.
Daniel believes that meaningful change happens in a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and respected.
Daniel has experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, supporting clients through concerns such as anxiety, depressed moods, trauma, grief, identity exploration, self-esteem, life transitions, and suicidal ideation.
Some of the modalities Daniel draws from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
