Our 4.7T got a new look - after taking care of the room itself (LED lights, higher ceiling, new paint), we now also have new front covers with custom design by a local Edmonton company, OneTwoSix. Besides fancy design, there is now more light inside the machine in order to make the procedure more tolerable for subjects.

We have upgraded our 4.7T magnet room - raised the ceiling, installed new lights and a new smoke detector system. 4.7T is still the strongest human MRI in Western Canada. Thank you to Canada Foundation for Innovation, University Hospital Foundation and Province of Alberta for your support!
