🎉 BeYou Rec & Social Program
Come as YOU are and join us for fun, friendship, and belonging! The BeYou Rec & Social Program is all about connection, confidence, and community through recreation. Planned activities may include swimming, fitness centre visits, open gym time, indoor playground fun, and a variety of other exciting options!
Participants should come prepared to swim each day, along with 2–3 other activity choices.

📅 BeYou runs year-round:
🍂 Fall: Sept 25 – Dec 12, 2025
❄️ Winter: Jan 8 – Mar 28, 2026
🌷 Spring: Apr 9 – Jun 20, 2026
💲 There are three 10-week sessions at $300 each.

Social Nights

Our Social Nights provide purposeful programming where participants meet friends, build relationships, learn new skills, and—most importantly—have fun!

Our centres are fully equipped with accessible activities and resources for participants with disabilities. We also explore the community every other week through high-interest activities.

Social Nights run year-round — with government funding available or $300 for 10 sessions. Each week features a new activity, divided into the following groups:

👥 Adult Groups: Millbourne Market Mall or Orange Hub
👋 Teen Group (Ages 13–17): McKernan Centre
