Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of this journey for Christians, reminding us of the importance of humility, sacrifice, and the opportunity to reconnect with our deeper selves. Lent is a 40-day period of fasting, prayer, and almsgiving leading up to Easter.
Whether you observe this time or not, it's a beautiful opportunity for all of us to reflect on our lives, our values, and how we can grow into better versions of ourselves.

Happy Feast day of St Agnes.
St.Agnes/St Anthony parishes wrote to their congregation: "St. Agnes is the patron
saint of girls, chastity, virgins, and victims of sexual abuse.
So, we are honouring her by collecting donations for
Gianna Centre, a facility run by Catholic Social Services to
support vulnerable pregnant women."
