Friends, I’m sorry to share that we will have to cancel the upcoming Shamanic Drumming Circle, originally scheduled for April 11.

Those of you who had registered should have received an email and a full refund.

For those who were looking forward gathering to drum and journey, I hear you!. The next circle will be in Stony Plain at Essence of Healing Yoga and Wellness on April 17 and our next gathering at Where Faeries Live will be on May 9.

If your energy has been feeling scattered, heavy, or simply not your own lately, come back to your Centre.

In Sovereign Hands and in all of our teachings, we return again and again to this simple truth: your Centre holds wisdom. Your Centre holds power. Your Centre remembers the way home.

Try this now:
Place one hand on your low belly (about two inches below the navel).
Breathe in slowly.
On the exhale, whisper: “I return to my Centre.”

Notice what softens. Notice what steadies.

This week I have been in ceremony a lot, and that frequency is illuminating how restorative it is to share sacred space within community.

If the week has been loud, fast, or heavy, let today be a softer turning.

Place one hand on your low belly.
One hand on your heart.
And breathe until you feel yourself arrive.

You do not have to earn rest.
You do not have to justify stillness.

You are allowed to return to your Centre.
