Minerva Acupuncture

Minerva Acupuncture Located in Sherwood park I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach.

Specializing in holistic Acupuncture and Massage treatments, we support your health journey by addressing a wide range of concerns, including pain relief, stress management, fertility, menopause, digestive disorders, and more. I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. I grad

uated from Makami College with the certified 3000 hour diploma. I am certified in the following modalities: Relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, prenatal massage, cupping, sports massage, manual lymphatic drainage massage, hotstone massage, reiki, crystal healing, access bars, orthopedic massage, RAPID NFR, and aromatherapy. I am also certified in Nuad Bo - Rarn, the Northern style Thai massage, taken in Chiang Mai Thailand. I am currently enrolled at Grant MacEwan in the Acupuncture program. The reason I got into massage therapy was because I wanted to help people in a more holistic way, massage therapy was the best approach to helping people without spending 7 years in university! Science has always come easy to me and I love learning new things. So massage was the perfect fit! I am intrigued with the human body and how it works and so everything just seemed to be pointing me in that direction. Being a more spiritual person it allows me to add my energy work and my crystal obsession in with my business. I am so excited to finish the Acupuncturist program and add another treatment style to my repertoire!! I absolutely love what I do and I wouldn't change a thing! My favourite thing about my job is seeing everyone's dogs! I love dogs and if I could I would have about 100 of them! I am from a huge mixed family, 5 sisters, and 3 brothers. My youngest brother is 9 and he is the light of my life, we are both Nintendo nerds! I enjoy the outdoors, I love quading and hiking in the mountains with my boyfriend Brandon.

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a personal update — I’ve made the tough decision to step away from mobile treatments and will now be working at The G.O.A.T. in Sherwood Park.

This wasn’t an easy choice, as I’ve truly valued the connections and convenience that came with mobile visits. But after a lot of thought, I know this is the right move for me and my practice at this time.

I’m so grateful for all the support from my mobile clients over the years — thank you for trusting me in your space. I hope to continue seeing many of you at The G.O.A.T., where I’ll be able to offer consistent care in a dedicated treatment space.

With online booking 😏

Looking forward to this new chapter

Acupuncture is a cumulative treatment, with each session building on the last to create lasting change in the body. Consistency is key because repeated sessions allow the body to adjust, strengthen, and respond more deeply. Over time, regular treatments help restore balance and support the body’s natural healing processes, making each session more effective than if treatments were sporadic.
