The Government of Alberta has recently increased outdoor gatherings to a maximum of 50 people. If you are planning a gathering soon with this many people or less, remember to practice social distancing (2 metres apart from everyone) to prevent the spread! Please note that indoor gatherings are still limited to 15 people. Stay healthy while meeting with friends and family this spring and summer.

If you choose to take your workouts outside this season, make sure to keep practicing social distancing when running, walking, biking, and playing outdoor sports. We are in this together to help flatten the curve!

Face masks can be a great way to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 for those who choose to wear them (they are not required by the government for the public at this time). If you do opt for wearing a facial covering when going outside of your home, please remember that they should cover your nose and mouth while still allowing room to breathe and speak comfortably.

Too many large gaps (an ill-fitting covering) can allow for droplets or moisture to escape from the mask when breathing or speaking. Make sure that your face covering has little to no gaps, and that it is secure on your face.
