At 3 Leaf Wellness Centre our goal is to create a positive experience for every person who walks through our door. We recognize that everyone is unique. We are committed to finding out what your personal needs are; and then create a treatment plan that best supports you. We have brought together a team of professionals who are passionate about the work that they do and who share our vision of excellent customer care. August 15th -29th we will be collecting donations for the Bissell Centre ‘s ✨Tushies & Tummies Diaper and Formula Drive✨

Every day, Edmonton families with young children face some really tough choices, like choosing between buying groceries or buying diapers - paying rent, or picking up a can of formula.

Right now, the Bissell Centre supports 80 to 100 families every single month with these essentials. That adds up to about $10,000 to $15,000 a month just to meet the basic needs of the families they serve.

With your help they can continue to support these families, and more.

What can be donated?

We gratefully accept:

We want to take a moment and recognize a big milestone for two of our team.
Congratulations to Robin and Linda on 20 years as massage therapists!! ❤️

To make it 20 years in this industry is only possible when you love this work.
It takes passion and purpose and caring deeply about helping people… to show up everyday and give so much of yourselves.

You have to be resilient… to be able to hold space for your clients… no matter what you are going through. And there are times it’s hard to do. To be present and ready to support your clients … physically and emotionally… when your own world isn’t ok.

You have to be strong … able to work through your own aches and pains .. to help take away the aches and pains of others.

You have to be passionate and curious… always learning new ways to work and grow as a therapist. It’s easy to fall into routines … but the really special ones never stop being amazed at what we can do with our hands.. and how we can help.

And mostly.. you really have to do this for the people on our tables.
This isn’t an easy job to do. It is physical and can be emotional. It is challenging and isn’t always treated with the respect it deserves.
But it is so rewarding.

To watch the transformation of a client after a session.

To be trusted, with something as vulnerable as physical touch… especially in a world that lacks connection.

To meet and work with so many amazing people. People who we get the pleasure of seeing on such a regular basis .. that it feels as if we are a part of your journey. We listen to the stories of your lives.. and are there with you when you celebrate the big moments.. the weddings, the birth of your children.. when you get pets and open businesses and of course all the trips.
And we navigate a lot of the hard stuff too.. the losses, the illness and all of the stress.

It is a profession that is all about connection. And these two amazing therapists really know this.
Which can make booking in with them a bit of a challenge 😉

So here’s to 20 years.

Thank you for letting us be such a big part of your massage journey.
For inspiring and supporting the next generation of therapists.
But mostly for all of the hours spent doing the work you were both so clearly meant to do.

We are excited to welcome massage therapist Jessica Skiles to our team!

Book a 60/75/90/120 min massage with Jessica from July 8th - 31st and save $15 off your session!

Jessica is a 2025 graduate from Vicars’ massage therapy program. Through years of work as an archaeologist, baker, and fitness instructor, she has always enjoyed the chance to make connections with other people. The choice to move into the field of massage therapy came as a natural progression following a car accident. She found such profound healing benefits through touch and felt it was time to start a new chapter and use her ability to make connections with others as a massage therapist.

Jessica utilizes a combination of traditional massage techniques along with myofascial release, active muscular release, and basic lymphatic drainage. She is also quite passionate about buccal/intraoral massage to relieve tension held through the jaw, face, head, and neck. At the core, however, she enjoys creating treatments that meet each client as they are that day.

Jessica’s availability is Tuesday & Thursday’s from 2:30 - 8:00 pm
