❌they aren’t doing endless hours of cardio

📸 they love getting their picture taken (and aren’t hiding from the camera, a filter or behind their friends)

🍫they can say no to treats + can stop without going out of control?! (without going home to eat all of the chips afterward)

✈️ they’re travelling + eating ALL the good food 🤯⁣

One of the biggest questions I get is "If I don't eat XYZ, will I still have enough options in The Good Gut Method?"

People think that they HAVE to eat certain foods when they do The Good Gut Method.

But the truth is, you don’t HAVE to do anything to follow The Good Gut Method.

It is 100% your choice if you decide to include dairy, sugar, juice, saturated fat or any of the foods typically touted as “bad” or “inflammatory” in the Good Gut Method.

The whole purpose of The GGM is to provide education on how to eat for optimal health and for YOUR body. I’ll provide you with the tools you need to help you follow your intuition and intention to implement the things I teach. (we all are unique after all ;))

Many of you are avoiding foods like dairy (an extremely nutrient dense food) when in reality it’s typically OTHER factors causing you to react to dairy.

When your metabolism is sluggish or your gut health is compromised it can be hard to digest dairy (and other foods) - it’s as simple as that!

That is why the GGM teaches you principles like meal timing and eating after 7pm (the horror i know ;)) I teach principals to take stress OFF of the body so you can tolerate more of the foods you LOVE! Rather than your body constantly trying to come up with energy - I’ll help you support your body so it can use the energy FROM your food EASILY to speed up your metabolism and fix your gut!

And if it’s a food you just don’t like… in other words, you feel like you are a picky eater - you are an adult after all ;) sometimes that means trying new things! especially if you expect your kids to follow suit and “eat healthy” or have a healthy relationship with their food.)

But real talk….. If you are vegan and not willing to add animal foods to your diet then in this case, the GGM isn’t for you. Many coaches will cater to ALL diet preferences. That is not me. I won’t just tell you what you want to hear. I want you to get the BEST results…so if you are willing to include animal products, you will be well on your way ;)

There is a reason why I implement animal products. I’ve seen the life-changing benefits of doing so! …if the way you are eating isn’t working for your body (you have long lists of food sensitivities, bloating, and tummy troubles…) your body is trying to tell you something ;) It is usually a sign something you are doing/or the diet you are following isn’t working.

Are you living in the “thens”?

With anxiety around food, feeling like you are trapped in this life?

I thought I would always have to be the girl who ate diet foods, who always had to eat cleaner to feel better (cauliflower can be made into anything right?!😆), to exercise harder to be healthier.

Living according to health standards that still made me feel trapped, weighed down + out of control🫠

I cut out all these foods, and all these swaps that were supposed to be “healthy”…

But I wasn’t truly LIVING.

This is why I *cringe* whenever I hear someone say I need to cut out gluten, dairy + sugar cuz I’m sensitive or cuz they are inflammatory.

Then when they remove foods…

They’re free of their symptoms - (mayyyybe? For a while…)

But why does that matter if you’re still feeling restricted + emotionally trapped by the fact that you have to cut out gluten, dairy, sugar, grains…. to feel okay?

TRUE freedom looks like a diet that feels so aligned that you don’t have to drain all your energy + will power to stick to it.

TRUE freedom looks like a sustainable diet that makes you feel empowered + so great in your body that you don’t have to miss out on any of the fun!

You told yourself you would only have a couple halloween treats…. BUT, you end up eating more…+ more and the guilt sets in. “well I might as well eat more, all my hard work is ruined!”

I remember those days.

Whenever Halloween would come around I would either skip or have tiny meals, + wouldn’t dare allow myself to have any candy in the day because I had to save up for Halloween night! 🎃👻

By the time the treats were out, I was white-knuckling trying to keep control around the treats. 😬 I would eat a couple…but couldn’t keep myself from going back to the candy bowl. Chocolate after chocolate. 🍫🍫🍫🍫🍫

I would try to drink water or eat the veggies….but it never worked. I always ended up eating chocolate until I felt sick + was so bloated I couldn’t focus on having fun, rather than how tight my pants were.

If you know me, I now have cookies or chocolate every day. I even eat them in the middle of the day, at night, or whenever I feel like it! 🥳🍪 I never thought it was possible, but I can’t even remember the last time I felt out of control around food!!!

Feeling out of control around food is all about blood sugar imbalances, restriction, stress, poor sleep, nutrient deficiencies, + gut issues.

It’s possible for YOU to feel in control around food too if you focus on these things. ✖️Cutting calories, skipping meals, or drinking a glass of water to “fill you up” is NOT the solution✖️

When she understood this step, she realized the missing piece wasn’t a lack of effort 🧩- it was systematically implementing nutrition + lifestyle foundations. This kept her grounded + consistent on her journey 🔥

2️⃣ ENSURED HER BODY FELT SAFE

When we try to manipulate our body in a way that goes against what it needs, it doesn’t feel safe. 💔 How can we expect our health to improve if we are holding onto the same mindset + habits that led us to our symptoms in the first place? 🤔 A holistic approach is necessary - it wasn’t just her diet that needed an audit, but mindset + lifestyle habits as well!

3️⃣ FOCUSED ON NUTRIENT DENSITY

There are over 5 MILLION posts when you enter on Instagram 🤯

That means that you have literally MILLIONS of posts to sift through while trying to be the expert in knowing what will help you reach your health goals.

So if YOU want to feel good in your body so you can enjoy going out + making memories while using Dr. Google, then the main question is:

🔎 HOW many hacks are YOU wiling to implement before you tell yourself “you’ve tried it all”

Now, there may be endless information out there about gut health, BUT time is a resource you can’t get back + spending time on things that will actually MOVE the needle can change everything. 👌
