Here’s how to prepare before you head out:

1️⃣ Raise Your Core Temperature
Start with 5–10 minutes of gentle movement (fast walking, stairs, or easy cycling). Warm muscles are more flexible and less injury-prone.

We are excited to welcome Tasia (Anastasia) Deligianis to our Glenora Clinic team! She started Dec 11, 2025!

Tasia is a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta. She works from a compassionate, empathetic and honest perspective. She believes that the client is in control in the process of therapy, and she is merely a guide to support you in your journey. There are times in our lives where we are faced with adversity and challenges and when these arise, it can be difficult to process and make sense of the challenges. 

The clients Tasia work with range from adolescents to adults, presenting concerns with depression, identity, addiction, anxiety, self-esteem, eating concerns, self-harm, perinatal mental health, motor vehicle accidents, and grief and loss.

Her philosophy is one of an existentialist-humanistic perspective with a culturally sensitive approach. Her experiences and training include Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Gottman Level 2, Perinatal Mental Health, and the Grief Recovery Method.
